Clutch cable

After changing the bars so drastically we had to hit up the guys at MotionPro to get a custom made clutch cable. They have a pretty fast turn around so this should be on the road soon, then its time for all the good part: road testing!

The Seat is Finished

With lots of help from Corinna over at viameccanica.com we have a finished seat.

Step 3 (metal origami)

in the bike

Everything is so rusty. Metal rescue is this great non toxic rust remover. It comes in 5 gallon buckets so pretty much everything gets a bath when it comes off the bike.

But it's like magic for rust.

Cleaning out all the stock electrical garbage and de-tabbing the frame.

What a mess.

Frame De-tabbed

This bike is going to have white as the accent color. here are the carbs cleaned and painted and reassembled.

Time to start the clean up. Carb tops first.
